Ok, so maybe my weight isn’t doing it’s ‘own thing’. I have played a part....in one way at least!
On Monday I totally fell apart. I ate my planned lunch....and still felt so hungry. I grabbed an extra item for lunch....and then another...and then another. It just didn’t stop! In fairness...my calories were not that high....they were still in a range that theoretically I should be losing. But I know that my body just doesn’t lose ‘theoretically’ and that I need to be at the lower calorie level to actually lose.
All week long my calories were in that ‘theoretical’ loss range.....
Add to that....the monthly ick has arrived and that has always popped my pounds up 2-3 pounds.
But....I’m still getting my 5.61 miles (actually I end up with about 7 each day on average) each day! I am slaying that exercise thing!!!

Awesome job with your miles! That is impressive!
Not sure how old you are but if you are perimenapause it could be playing a part in not losing or having a hard time losing. Please don't be offended about the age thing... some woman start early!
I ate a ton of chocolate chip cookies today...some days are just like that.
Thanks!!!
Hahaha! I am totally not offended and I do believe I am in that delightful phase of life (I am 48). It’s frustrating....but I keep pushing forward...even if it takes s longer to lose I’m going to win!!!
Mmm chocolate chip cookies!!! And you are right...some days are like that!!!
You are really doing phenomenal with your mileage. I run three or 4 miles in a day and think I ran a lot. Maybe I need to up my game. I can totally relate to the frustration with the damn scale. I am going through it now. I have been maintaining not losing! I am working on a plan to change that. I am not giving up.

That damn scale likes to tease with the up-down and all around. You are getting your miles in which is fantastic! I cannot wait to hear your recap of your first month and how many miles you have so far.
Yes those scales are crazy!!!! I hope to write my month recap today!!!!!!!
Biking goes a lot faster than running and walking! I don’t think I could keep up the consistent miles if I were only running and walking!!!!
