So I decided to share this recipe with you.....so that I can share the love!
Ingredients
Broccoli (enough for two)
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs garlic powder (to taste)
2 tbs Parmesan Cheese
Directions
1. Wash Broccoli and cut into bite size pieces and place into a bowl
2. Drizzle broccoli with Olive Oil. Sprinkle cheese and garlic powder over the broccoli. Stir to coat.
3. Place broccoli in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a cooking spray.
4. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until the broccoli is crispy and lightly browned.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

I make roasted broccoli and roasted Brussels sprouts using the same ingredients as you and both are delicious. My favorite way to eat veggies, really. :)

I have made asparagus in a similar way, and it is very good. I will have to try this!
I've roasted as well but never used garlic and parm. Just salt and pepper.
Ohh I didn’t even think about asparagus! I’m going to try that next time I see fresh asparagus to purchase!!!
Try the garlic...delicious! That said, I may have to minimize and go salt and pepper!!
