Have a safe fun holiday! I am ready to embark upon my holiday challenge And I am still determined to make this holiday season a ‘maintain’ or better. I have lots of ideas and plans percolating...it’s time to embark upon living healthy again!!!! But first...let’s get through this holiday!!
