When will I learn. I left work hungry. I had no plan in place. I ate chips and salsa....I ate hot and spicy pretzels....I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I did eat a bit of fruit. But I know that I lost control momentarily. I am back on track....but I did lose control.
Nuffin' else to say today.
you need to keep an emergency stash, some nuts, one of those tuna/chicken salad kits,100 calorie popcorns........whatever will get you through. i keep a few atkins bars stashed just to tide me over. but glad it was fleeting and control re-asserted! xoxoxoxoxo

ReplyDeleteMomentary loss if control, sucks but it happens. You didn't binge, or go off plan for more than a moment; so praise yourself for regaining control and Treat yourself to some planning time.

Don't beat yourself up about it. It happens. At least you wasn't binging on taco Bell or McyD's. Plus you realized and gained control back. Just remember we are not going to be perfect even when it comes to weight lose. Keep up the good work your doing great!
