I'm not seeing much movement on the scales, but I'm ok with that. I'm pretty much staying the same. I made it to the gym this morning...so that makes two days of exercise. So that's a good thing.
I don't have much to say right now. I've got some thoughts flying through my head....but I just can't (don't feel like it) sharing them right now. I need to think about them before I put them down in words.

Good job on the exercising. Two days in a row is certainly something. Stay positive with whatever you are going through.
Good to see your post and hang in there. I am in a similar space as well so at least you are still getting in the exercise.
I completely understand. I'm in a funk right now, and don't really care about blogging, or much of anything else for that matter. Good for you on the exercise, I'm still not doing all I should in that dept.

I just read your grilled cheese story...someone once said that if you are feeling that rapturous about eating some food....take your food, go sit in front of a mirror and watch yourself eat.
It cured me.

Exercising even when you don't want to shows how important this is to you. This too shall pass.
