I'm not seeing much movement on the scales, but I'm ok with that. I'm pretty much staying the same. I made it to the gym this morning...so that makes two days of exercise. So that's a good thing.
I don't have much to say right now. I've got some thoughts flying through my head....but I just can't (don't feel like it) sharing them right now. I need to think about them before I put them down in words.
Good job on the exercising. Two days in a row is certainly something. Stay positive with whatever you are going through.

ReplyDeleteI completely understand. I'm in a funk right now, and don't really care about blogging, or much of anything else for that matter. Good for you on the exercise, I'm still not doing all I should in that dept.

ReplyDeleteI just read your grilled cheese story...someone once said that if you are feeling that rapturous about eating some food....take your food, go sit in front of a mirror and watch yourself eat.
It cured me.

Exercising even when you don't want to shows how important this is to you. This too shall pass.
