I haven't weighed myself in a couple days. I probably shouldn't have weighed myself today in the midst of the raging TOM...but I did. 200.6 That's about 2 pounds up from the other day...YIKES!
It is just a matter of getting my eating in line and STOPPING the mindless binging and eating! When my points are gone, I'm done...plain and simple!
Exercise, on the other hand is going splendidly!
It always seems to be one or the other! My food is bang on but my exercise is lacking lately :(

ReplyDeleteI feel you!!! Thank you for commenting on my blog since I've been out of touch for so long. The holidays killed me and my routine. I think I gained 10lbs in total. Why is this the toughing thing I've ever had to do?! Thanks for the support - means a lot to me. We'll get there girl!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's probably just water. Don't panic, just keep doing what you know works for you. It took me 3 weeks of exercise and fairly good eating to lose 1 lb. Like the old saying goes, we didn't get here in one day, we won't lose it in one either. Head high, I'm cheering you on.

ReplyDeleteDon't worry about those two lbs. It is probably water weight anyway. Eevrything in moderation. Keep strong with the exercise, and the diet will soon fall into place.
