Ok.....my weight was down eight-tenths of a pound today. That puts me back at 179! Hopefully I can hold onto that or go a little lower for my weigh in tomorrow night! I was planning on having pasta with a pesto tonight...topped with chicken. And while I can fit it into my points values, I know that days where I am totally high in carbs, I just don't lose as well, and in fact sometimes gain. SOOO I'm going to make Southwest Chicken....which is yummy in it's own right. :-)
Rode the bike this morning...and then when Todd woke up we went for a walk. SO I've been active thus far!
SORE SORE SORE. That's all I can say. My upper body is so extremely sore! Eii yii yiii! ALl that chipping yesterday!
Good idea on not having the carbs the day before official weigh-in. Save that for after :o) it sure sounds yummy.
